SYMBIOTIC RELATIONSHIPS IN ANIMALS

SYMBIOSIS is a relationship between animals of different species, depending on each other for survival.
Here we have some examples we have studied in class.

The oxpecker eats parasites from the ox's fur.

The pilot fish eat parasites from the shark's skin and get protection from it.

The bird eats the fruot from the tree and flies away. Then it evacuates and sometimes the seed from the fruit may create a new tree.
